Empty mind meditation technique (6 – 4 knowledge)

Buddha is the best meditation master we have ever heard and known of, he was the only one to have discovered and expounded the proper technique of meditation that eventuated in enlightenment or liberation from suffering, as many would know.

There are 6 places you have in your body to help to make your thoughts,

Eyes – When you see, Nose- when you smell, Mouth – when you taste, Ears -when you hear, Body- When you feel ( cold, Heat ), Brain (Mana)-Its downloading thoughts  without your permission and up lording telepathy massages

you can stop thought (produce or creating) closing under mention 4 gates what buddha taught ……..

One day a person called Bahiya Daru cirya visited Buddha and asked how to become enlightened. Buddha said to him in four steps as follows ….

When he practiced the said 4 steps he attained enlightenment within 2 hrs. (Thipitakaya Bahiya Daru chirya suthra) so this meditation center believes that this is the best mediation system to follow.

The Bāhiya teaching

1, diṭṭhe   diṭṭha,mattaṁ bhavissati

“In that case, you should train yourself, in reference to seeing there will only be seen, no one seeing or there is no person, (after you close your eyes you start to see some things)

2, sute suta,mattaṁ havissati

“When you heard something, in reference to heard, there is only heard and no one hearing (even you doing meditation you can’t stop hearing)

3, mute muta,mattaṁ bhavissati

“In reference to sense, there will only be sensed no one sensing (this sense means while you doing meditation you going to feel body sensations – e.g. breathing, pains and aches)

4,  viññāte viññāta,mattaṁ bhavissati

“When we cognized (to perceive, become aware of, or know) (just down loadings) there will be only cognized.

In brief Gautama the Buddha said ….

That is how you should train yourself. When for you there will be only the seen in reference to the seen, only the heard in reference to the heard, only the sensed in reference to the sensed, only the cognized in reference to the cognized, then, Bahiya, there is no you in terms of that. When there is no you in terms of that, there is no you there. When there is no you there, you are neither here nor you’re there nor between the two. This, just this, is the end of stress.”

Following or sending your mind after those. When you don’t analyze or give any response to those things your mind becomes empty.

Nirvana or Enlightenment is a mental stage of emptiness.

Emptiness is not empty it’s full of emptiness
